Kevin Veon manages the brokerage team at JSQ as well as heading up leasing efforts for JSQ owned properties and providing tenant representation to clients on a local and regional basis. Most recently, he successfully represented Whole Foods Market in their leasing of 36,000 square feet for their regional corporate headquarters. Veon was also part of the team representing Legacy Professionals LLP in their lease for 29,000 square feet in Chicago.

Previously, Veon served as an executive managing director at Newmark Knight Frank , focusing on landlord and tenant representation services for a myriad of clients in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. He served as an executive managing director, and founding member, at GVA Chicago (formerly GVA Williams), where he provided innovative real estate strategies for new development opportunities, conducting site selection/procurement analyses, and overseeing lease negotiations on behalf of his clients. His real estate services were instrumental in the development process of over 300,000 square feet of office buildings in Arlington Heights, Westchester, and Glenview.

Veon spent seven successful years at Mesirow Financial, where he was a vice-president in the Realty Brokerage division. During his tenure he served as the exclusive listing agent for the renowned One First National Bank Building, a 1,750,000 square foot commercial building. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois.
